Substitutions - Due to seasonal availability, product availability or other unforeseen reasons, we reserve the right to make substitutions of flowers and foliage without approval. Our goal is to provide the best “look” and “feel” blooming box as close as possible to the picture.
Pre-order only - We require minimum 5 DAYS in advance for all vase arrangement orders. We highly recommend 2 weeks or more in advance to allow us more time for creating your best blooms.
Delivery & Pick up - Due to labor shortage, our hand-delivery service is only available in Santa Clara County (Thank you for your understanding, we hope to expand our service region in the future so please stay tuned!). Pick up is free and available to customers in all areas.
We provide white gloves Hand-Delivery to the entire Santa Clara County to serve our local community. We charge a flat $9.99 fee per delivery.
